Ingredients
  

  • 200 g fresh sushi-grade tuna
  • 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil optional
  • A pinch of sesame seeds optional
  • Fresh wasabi or a small amount of grated horseradish optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna:

  • Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the sushi-grade tuna into thin pieces, about 1/4 inch thick.

Make the Soy Sauce Dip:
