Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Optional: Crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Ground Beef:

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, frozen vegetables, cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Assemble the Hotdish:

  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Add crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs for extra crunch, if desired.

Bake:

  • Bake the hotdish in the preheated oven for 40–50 minutes, or until the dish is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is golden and melted.

Cool and Serve:

  • Let the hotdish cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your hearty meal!
