Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 225g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup 200g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups 250g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup 120ml heavy cream

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or flour a Madeline pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cream Butter and Sugar:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla:

  • Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients:

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add Cream:

  • Slowly add the heavy cream and mix until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.

Fill the Pan:

  • Spoon the batter into each cavity of the Madeline pan, filling about 2/3 full.

Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Cool and Serve:

  • Let the Madeline cookies cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
