  • 1 red bell pepper roasted and peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
