Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie or grilled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing optional
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce like Frank's RedHot
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions optional, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips celery, or crackers for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven (Optional):

  • If baking, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Chicken:

  • Shred the cooked chicken using a fork or buy pre-shredded rotisserie chicken for convenience.

Mix Base:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing (optional), and buffalo wing sauce. Stir until smooth and well-blended.

Add Cheese:

  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, reserving a little bit of cheese to sprinkle on top for extra flavor.

Combine Chicken:

  • Add the shredded chicken to the mixture, mixing thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly with the creamy sauce.

Bake (Optional):

  • If using the oven, transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle the reserved cheese on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • For Stovetop: Heat the mixture over medium heat in a saucepan, stirring frequently until warm and bubbly.
  • For Slow Cooker: Transfer everything into a slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve:

  • Once heated, garnish with chopped green onions (optional), and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
