Ingredients
  

  • 2 white fish fillets like cod or haddock
  • 1 large sweet potato cut into fries
  • 1 cup almond flour or another lectin-free flour alternative
  • ½ cup flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray for air frying

Instructions
 

Prep the Fish:

  • Pat dry the fish fillets. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Prepare the Coating:

  • In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, flax meal, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the fish fillets with the mixture, pressing gently to ensure even coverage.

Prepare the Chips:
